Smith Physiotherapy has contracts with all health insurers. This means that as long as you’re insured for physiotherapy, your appointments will be covered by your health insurance. However, do note the number of treatments you’re covered for.
Unfortunately, it regularly happens that patients don’t show up without notice for an appointment at our practice, or don’t cancel in time. This means we can’t use that time to help other patients. Unable to come? Then cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance! Otherwise, we’ll be forced to charge you for it.
* Good to know: the first appointment always consists of a screening, intake and a treatment. This applies when you come to us for the first time, have a new complaint, or haven’t been to us for longer than 2 months.
